Is non-Saturday testing available?
Non-Saturday testing is available only for students who cannot test on Saturday because of religious convictions or who live in remote areas. If there is a non-Saturday test center within 50 miles of your home for any test date, you should plan to register for that date and request that center. If you try to test standby (U.S. or Canada only) or make a Test Center Change to a Sunday or Monday center, you must bring a letter from your cleric or a notarized statement to verify your religious beliefs prohibit Saturday testing. You will not be admitted to test without it.
If there is not a non-Saturday test center within 50 miles of your home (or in your country, if testing internationally) on any of the scheduled test dates, do not register. Instead, check the requirements for Arranged Testing (PDF; 4 pages, 57KB).
- In the national registration booklet, non-Saturday test centers are listed at the end of each state, territory, or province.
- When you search for a test center online, non-Saturday test dates are underlined in color with a link to information about eligibility for non-Saturday testing.
- When registering online, you must search specifically for non-Saturday test centers. Only Saturday test centers will appear automatically in your search results.
