Rescheduled dates

If you were scheduled to take the ACT on October 24, 2009, at one of the test centers listed, you will be notified of the rescheduled date and given complete instructions.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date

You may reschedule your ACT test date for a future scheduled ACT test date. To do so:

  1. Call ACT Registration at 319/337-1270 (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. central time).
  2. When talking with the Customer Service Representative, identify yourself as having been registered to test at one of the ACT test centers that closed on October 24 and indicate that you want to make a date change to a future test date. You may reschedule for any available testing site on any regularly scheduled national Saturday testing date at no additional charge (as long as you contact us by the registration deadline listed below for your desired test date).
  3. You may also log in to your student Web account and choose "Make changes to your registration." If you request a test date change via your Web account, you will need to pay the test date change fee by credit card.
